Registration:

Become a member TODAY!  Membership fee is $15 per year.  Send an application for membership along with a check made payable to OQSO to the membership chairman.  Or you can remit the $15 annual membership fee with your registration form for a retreat.  To become a member is as easy as 1,2,3...
  1. Complete the PDF membership form:   membership form
  2. Make a check payable to OQSO.
  3. Mail membership form & membership dues to the address on the form.
Our calendar year runs from January 1 - December 31.
Are you interested in being a teacher at a retreat?  Complete a OQSO Teacher Application  & Guidelines form and submit it along with a picture of your project(s).  All submissions will be reivewed and if chosen, you will be notified with further instructions!  We are always looking for new, fun, and exciting projects and teachers!
